ISO 14001requires organisations to establish and maintain programmes and procedures to carry out periodic environmental management system audits. In order to ensure that these audits are effectively carried out, auditors have to be trained and competent to perform the role as required of them. This training has been designed to provide participants with the necessary EMS auditing skills and relevant knowledge to assure effective performance. With the practical exercise and live-audits specially arranged within the company, the participants can appreciate the skills learnt through effective questioning, management and reporting of an audit.

Appointed lead auditors/auditors and any personnel who wish to gain an in-depth understanding of internal environmental auditing.
